Cooling-off period: 

Under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have the right to cancel your enrolment within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed or started the course.

Commencement of learning: 

Once you access the course materials, attend a session, or begin any part of the learning process, you waive your right to cancel and no refunds will be issued, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

No refunds after commencement: 

After the course has commenced (including any form of digital access), any fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of completion status or subsequent withdrawal.

Exceptional circumstances: 

Refunds may only be considered at our sole discretion in exceptional cases, such as proven technical errors or service failure preventing access to the course. If mitigating circumstances are concluded an alternative course date may be provided.
