Online Programme Education Policy

(20-Session Programme)

Purpose

This policy establishes the rules, expectations, and procedures governing the 20-session online education programme to ensure effective learning, fair assessment, and professional conduct.

Scope

This policy applies to all participants, instructors, and administrative staff involved in the programme.

Programme Structure

• The programme consists of 20 live sessions, each lasting approximately 60 minutes.

• Sessions will be delivered via the designated online platform via Zoom

• Supplementary materials will be shared via screen through the learning portal.

• Recordings are not permitted

Online Attendance and Participation

• 100% attendance is required for eligibility for certification.

• Participants must join all sessions using their registered names and enable video.

• Active engagement in discussions, and group activities is expected and mandatory.

Assessments and Assignments

• Assignments will be set to every attendee to complete the extra curricular activity expression book weekly

• A final assessment of the attendee expression book will be administered after Session 20: this is to be submitted for programme completion and certification.

Academic Integrity

• All submitted work must represent the participant’s original effort.

• Plagiarism, unauthorised collaboration, or use of unacknowledged external assistance will result in disciplinary action, up to and including removal from the Programme.

Code of Conduct

• Participants must maintain respectful and professional communication.

• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

• Unauthorized recording, sharing, or distribution of course materials is prohibited.

Technical Requirements

• Participants are responsible for ensuring stable internet access and functional devices.

• The programme is not liable for learning disruptions caused by individual technical issues.

Certification

• Certificates will only be awarded to participants who have submitted the expression book and attended 100% of all sessions.

Grievance and Support

• Participants may raise academic concerns directly with the instructor.

• Unresolved grievances may be escalated to the Programme Director, however please note Education is deemed non refundable.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this policy with due notice to participants.
