Quality of Service Policy
As a Professional CPD Certified education provider, we are committed to providing you with a high-quality experience throughout your online studies and accept our duty of care towards our learners. We recognise that there may be occasions where you feel dissatisfied with something we have done, not done, or with the standard of service provided. If you have any concerns or wish to raise a complaint, please address this to the School Principal so that we can work towards a fair and amicable resolution. Please note that, once your course has commenced and you have received access to the learning materials, your right to cancel for a full refund may be limited in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This does not affect your statutory rights.
